Interesting Things to Do in London That You Never Thought of!

An inspiring history coupled with modern architectural beauty, the city of London has strengths in all fields- education, entertainment, finance, fashion, research, tourism and much more. While you may wish to pay a visit to the Buckingham Palace, the Kew Gardens or the London Eye, which are amongst the top 20 attractions of London, there are other surprises too.

Largest charity fair
The 55th International Spring Fair and Food Festival this year will also celebrate the International Social Service network's 90th anniversary. The fest will take you by storm with more than 80 countries setting up stalls to sell their national produce. There will also be craft stalls, cocktail bars and stalls providing global cuisine. Being a part of this is certainly one of the best things to do in London.

Come Spring and London gears up to make the most of this Irish festival. The 17th of March is a national holiday in Ireland and celebrated with much fervour. Thousands of people line up to see the parade. Londoners and the Irish alike will enjoy traditional Irish food, art, music and dance in this parade. You can get a swig of Irish whiskey or Guinness! The parade will start from Piccadilly and end at Trafalgar Square- places which are amongst the top 20 attractions of London.

Kids Adventure
The National History Museum understands the fascination we have with dinosaurs well and have come up with sleepover nights at the museum. There will be a three course dinner, a stand up comedy act, live music and quizzes and games through the night. Taking your kids to see the show will be amongst the best things to do in London. Adults can go too and try some edible insects! Spend the night beneath the huge Diplodocus skeleton and wake up to a breakfast and some more activities before you leave. The museum also premieres the much acclaimed 'Wildlife Photographer of the Year' exhibition till the 23rd of March. This should top your 'interesting things to do in London' list.
