Giving Tuesday: Almost 60 Organizations to Sign-up for Outsourcing Payroll Giving Schemes!

The Workplace Giving UK said that it will donate an extra £10 to add to the donations made by the employees of 60 organizations. The payroll-giving agencies will also contribute in the same way and these agencies include Edinburgh and Canterbury city councils. Giving Tuesday to hold on 2^nd Dec:

This is for the first time Giving Tuesday will take place in the UK and it is on 2^nd December. It will be organized by Charities Aid Foundation. The employers of different organizations must promote Giving Tuesday before one week via email to make sure that they qualify for the £10 match-giving benefit. “It is a great opportunity for the employees of various organizations to promote the charitable giving to a great extent and they can also donate for the same directly from their payroll pay,” said the managing director of Workplace Giving UK, Peter O'Hara.
